Missed Local Pickup Policy (No Call, No Show)
If you schedule a pick up time for your order and you do not arrive at our designated location at the scheduled time, and you do not contact us prior to the pickup time to notify us of your absence, or schedule change, you will be liable for 50% of the price that order.
If you need to change your pick up time, please call us prior to the scheduled pick up time.
Before the hatch date, changes can always be made to pickup times.
Abandoned orders will be subject to this same charge.
