SELF-SERVICE LOCKER INSTRUCTIONS

WELCOME!
Jenks Hatchery Feed Warehouse self-service lockers are located in the white hoop structure on the northwest corner of the parking lot at the warehouse, next to the large open bay.

There is a portable toilet located in northwest bay for your convenience.

Pull in or back your vehicle in if you would like, to access the lockers.

Hay Lockers and Oversized Locker Stalls are located in the tall yellow open building, located to the south of the pickup locker area and main warehouse. Stall A has an Equis sign on the stall gate, Stall B has a Payback sign on the stall gate. Each stall also has a sign with the stall location letter.

Locker & Hay Stall Access Available: Monday-Saturday 5am- 7pm
On the weekends, and after 4:30 PM during the week, the front double white gates of our truck entrance are locked, proceed south 1000 ft, and enter from the sign marked gravel driveway to your right, following the arrows to reach our feed warehouse.

Locate your locker

Lockers are numbered. We list your locker number in the pickup locker "Order Ready" text notification. You will receive your locker information text, when your order is ready for pickup.

Punch in your locker code

Also in your "Order Ready" notification text, is your one time locker code. Punch in this code, then press the unlock button on the lock, to access your order in the locker.

Retrieve your order

That's it!

Please close, and relock your locker after retrieving your order.

Pickup Locker Step-By-Step Access Instructions

Step 1

Locate the padlock

Step 2

Press any key on the lock to activate the backlight, then key in the lock code from your text message. Then press the unlock key on the padlock.

Step 3

Once you hear a tone from the keypad, pull down on the lock to open it.

Step 4

Remove the lock, and open the latch to access the locker. Rehang the lock on the latch assembly.

Step 5

Lift the lid of the locker. Using the bar on the right, prop open the lid.

Step 6

Lift up on the righthand bottom door latch with your foot, then pull both locker doors open.

Step 7

Retrieve your order! A copy of your order receipt should be on top of your order. Please close, and relock your locker once you have retreived your order. Leaving the lock unlocked drains the battery.
